After dropping my truck off I received a phone call letting me know what the problem was and that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon I called to find out what was going on with m letting me know what the problem was and that it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon I called to find out what was going on with my truck and was informed that they truck would be ready Monday (I had to call, no one took the time to reach out to me). Monday turned out to be similar to the previous Thursday, (never heard from anyone) so Tuesday morning I drove to the dealership to figure out what was going on. The service person told me that they were waiting parts and that the truck would be ready that afternoon. Thankfully, it was. My issue has nothing to do with the time it took for the repair. It is completely due to the lack of communication with the status of my truck. If you tell someone something and things change, you then have an obligation to update them. I had a similar issue the last time my truck was there, so needless to say I will no longer do business with that dealership. I understand things happen from time to time but now, however, I’m currently two for two and not willing to extend the streak to three for three. More

We had a problem with chips in the paint and did not get them Fixed correctly. The manager said they would paint the bumper but all they did was touch up paint and looked bad . When we complained some more , the employees told us the SELLER Brothers would not care . So they gave us an auto Butler paint protection and promises for the future . But we was not satisfied with there concern about the paint job More

Excellent service as always, Ryan took very good care of us from drop off to pick up and kept me informed through the process of repairing my truck. The Diesel mechanic figured out the problem and had my tr us from drop off to pick up and kept me informed through the process of repairing my truck. The Diesel mechanic figured out the problem and had my truck repaired that evening and ready for pickup. A shout out to Mr. Bill for the ride back home on the morning I drop it off to them !!!! More
