Salesman and finance man were not communicating an this caused me problems and upset me very much. Salesman tried to sell me this SUV without floor mats, he told me that this pre-owned car didn't come wit caused me problems and upset me very much. Salesman tried to sell me this SUV without floor mats, he told me that this pre-owned car didn't come with them. Also I was upset about him trying to give me only one key. I had to tell him that if he only had one key, then he could keep the car. He gave me floor mats and two keys. After I got upset with him and that shouldn't of had to be the reason. I didn't drive the car because I didn't see the need. I should have driven it, because the Salesman sold me this car with a cracked windshield on the drivers side. This is very dirty and unexceptable. If your dealership has any kind of HONESTY to it then you'll will get back to me and replace the windshield for me. You'll supposed to know right for wrong and help costumers, to make sure they are pleasantly satisfied. You'll want to have a Good Reputation so that people will come buy cars. I'm going to wait to see if you're going to replace the windshield or not before I make my final decision about your Dealership. Thank you More
