My service experience with Ralph Sellers’s Chevrolet is an experience that I should never forget for it was indescribable. I gave a one star, but if I could have, I would’ve given A zero “O” - star. I have purchased 3 Vehicles total ; two cars and one truck in the last 8 1/2 years. I recently brought my 2015 Chevrolet impala To Ralph Sellers’s Chevrolet be diagnosed and repaired . My vehicle was kept there for about 3 1/2 weeks (from the third week of November until the second week of December) which I think is preposterous and entirely too long and I wasn’t even offered a loaner vehicle. Also my service advisor was unreliable and untruthful. furthermore, when I receive Word that my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, but before I went inside to finish up the transaction, I open up the hood , just to check to see if everything was all OK under the hood, well to My surprise, the engine cover was not secure and It had parts and tools that I assumed belong to the mechanic that worked On My vehicle and when he was finished, left them underneath the hood. After telling the service advisor and the service manager how I felt about what I had witnessed underneath the hood of my car, I drove it home that day and the next morning at 6:00 AM my wife was driving to work and stopped at a four-way stop 🛑 the car killed And when she started It back up The engine light came back on !!! I was and I still am very, very unsatisfied with the service that was provided to . If there was one word to describe my whole service experience, that word will be : “” UNACCEPTABLE ““ More

It took a couple of visits, but Bailey stuck with it and got the job done. Great employee! She kept me informed and up-to-date on everything going on with my service recall.
