Excellent service and customer care I purchased a 2013 Honda Crv from Ralph in November of 2012. Since then, I have put 226,000 miles on it and have all needed regular maintenance and re I purchased a 2013 Honda Crv from Ralph in November of 2012. Since then, I have put 226,000 miles on it and have all needed regular maintenance and repairs performed there. They are wonderdul at getting me in when I need an appointment and doing the required work thoroughly! I have never had to take the car back a second time for any work done! They communicate well throughout my visit, and the dealership waiting area is clean and well stocked with snacks and coffee for you while you wait! I have never had a problem with my Honda other than normal wear, and I believe it's the Ralph team's committment to me and my vehicle that has allowed that to happen! Strongly recommended by me!
