Russ was very helpful, answered all my questions and went over the work to be done and when I came to pick up the car, he went over the work that was done and told me when to make my next appointment. I had two tires blow out on my car on an unpaved road (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home (and unlighted road and I WAS driving cautiously and slowly). It was in an area where there was no cell service and I made the choice to drive home as it was dark. I called roadside the following morning and they dispatched a tow truck to pick up my car. It was brought to Rallye where the vehicle was purchased (sales people are amazing, too!). When the car was dropped off, I was immediately contacted by the service dept and they informed me they had the tires. They also told me if the car could not be fixed by 3:30, they would arrange a loaner vehicle. Within two hours the tires were replaced and arrangements were made for me to pick up the car in the sales showroom if I was not able to get to the service dept prior to closing. (It was a Saturday and they closed at 4pm). I was without my car for less than three hours. The service dept went above and beyond to replace the tires and make sure my rims were not damaged. Great experience, as usual. Rallye is the epitome of professionalism on every level. More
Excellent buying experience. I was on my way to BMW dealer pretty set on a CPO 5 series. After spending a few minutes with Andy Fu he went through a series of numbers & sold me on a new MB C300. I didn't sign the deal that night but told him I would like to think about overnight. No sales pressure, just called next day to confirm our appointment. Being an IT professional I had all the numbers for the lease & confirmed that this was a very fair deal including terminating my lease several months early. Sales Manager was also fair & no xx. All in all the paperwork (which was extremely quick) took longer that to make the deal. Same on delivery, spot on, quick & no hassle whatsoever. Love the car, dealership & people. Guess where we are getting our SUV replacement coming up in a few months. More

Russ is a pleasure to work with. His customer service is excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 C240 with 48000 miles and not covered under warranty. I do appreciate the discount given to me. Also a disappointment is that both the interior top door handles have come out of the socket. Mercedes has a reputation of producing well built cars. I am the only driver and most of the time in the car by myself and take pride in the appearance of my car. This and previos cars ahve always been serviced by Rallye. Jerry Sherry was great to work with. This is the second new car I purchased from him. I met with him on Friday at 9:45 AM and told him I would like the car that day by 5:00 PM. They took care of the fi new car I purchased from him. I met with him on Friday at 9:45 AM and told him I would like the car that day by 5:00 PM. They took care of the financing prep work and more amazing they were able to get the windows tinted and Lo-Jack installed. At 5:00PM the car was ready and they had some spend an hour and half explaining the working of all the electronics on the car. Everybody at Rallye from the start of the sale to the completion was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends and family! More
