I came in with an emergency. My car engine light was on and the car was literally shaking. I drove right to the dealership. This was a Friday at about 3:30. I would expect the service person that helped and the car was literally shaking. I drove right to the dealership. This was a Friday at about 3:30. I would expect the service person that helped would not be too happy. However, Brett greeted me with a smile and set me up with a loaner car. I felt well taken care. Brett Hines kept me updated as to the problem and my car was fixed and ready to go within 2 days. Thank you for such good service. More
I had a consistently occurring problem with my AC producing warm to hot air in lieu of cold air. Unfortunately it was not easily replicated so the service staff could only resolve the issue(s) in a producing warm to hot air in lieu of cold air. Unfortunately it was not easily replicated so the service staff could only resolve the issue(s) in a very methodical, deliberate process. I suppose some of this is due to BMW corporate's reimbursement policies. I think it's finally resolved three trips to Rallye. While I would have preferred a quick "Ah ha! Here's the problem part!" experience, the Rallye team should be complimented for their tenacity and attention to my complaints. Going to Rallye is an 80+ mile round trip but I do it because of the quality of the entire user experience. I just wish BMW would sell a 2011 5 wagon because then I could see how good Rallye sales staff performs. Until that happens I'll be servicing my E61 with Rallye until it breaks. More

My car was kept at the dealership for over a week. I was repeatedly lied to about a part coming in but in reality while working on the car there was water damage and they were dehumidify it. The day of pick up, the service advisor calls a few hours before and says there is going to be a $540 dollar charge that's not covered under my warranty. To whom it may concern, I recently brought my 535xi in for service, as my dashboard was all lit up and looked like the tree at Rockefeller Center. I was escorted to the desk of Mr. Kevin Cone who took dow for service, as my dashboard was all lit up and looked like the tree at Rockefeller Center. I was escorted to the desk of Mr. Kevin Cone who took down some pertinent information. I explained what was wrong with the car. Later that day, he must have called at least 3 times! Great follow up. I received my car the next day in the afternoon. It was all fixed and washed. This is why I have purchased my vehicles from Rallye, and schlep from Astoria, rather than go to the 2 dealerships that are near me that would make the most sense. Kind regards, William Kokoris More

Unfortunately need 3 trips in 2 weeks to fix one problem with fuel pump. Two of the visits required leaving vehicle for multiple days. This should have been resolved in one visit and in one full day. Although I recommended this dealership enthusiastically for Sales I'm afraid, based on my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend that anyone actually buy a car from them because of my recent service exper for Sales I'm afraid, based on my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend that anyone actually buy a car from them because of my recent service experience. I was actually quite surprised at what I found when Rallye's service department displayed an appalling lack of competence. Believing that Rallye would have no problem in diagnosing and correcting a severe engine miss in my 6 month old 550i I brought the car in one morning and explained the issue. At the end of the day the "Service Rep" called and told me that indeed the tech was able to reproduce the problem and wanted to keep the car overnight so they could run tests the next day. Lo and behold, I get a call the next afternoon saying that they could find nothing wrong and that my car was "operating as designed". In other words, ALL BMW 550i automobiles display severe engine misfirings. I'm sure BMWNA would be "thrilled" to hear this. Imagine yourself in my position. Don't let this happen to you. I have now received several recommendations for competent local BMW repair facilities and will bring the car to people I can trust. This experience certainly surprised me as I thought Rallye knew what they were doing, and I'm sorry my sales rep will lose out because of the inability of the service department to do its job. More
