Unfortunately need 3 trips in 2 weeks to fix one problem with fuel pump. Two of the visits required leaving vehicle for multiple days. This should have been resolved in one visit and in one full day. I was with fuel pump. Two of the visits required leaving vehicle for multiple days. This should have been resolved in one visit and in one full day. I was told they would look into some type of remuneration. To date no response has been forthcoming. More

Although I recommended this dealership enthusiastically for Sales I'm afraid, based on my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend that anyone actually buy a car from them because of my recent service exper for Sales I'm afraid, based on my recent experience, I wouldn't recommend that anyone actually buy a car from them because of my recent service experience. I was actually quite surprised at what I found when Rallye's service department displayed an appalling lack of competence. Believing that Rallye would have no problem in diagnosing and correcting a severe engine miss in my 6 month old 550i I brought the car in one morning and explained the issue. At the end of the day the "Service Rep" called and told me that indeed the tech was able to reproduce the problem and wanted to keep the car overnight so they could run tests the next day. Lo and behold, I get a call the next afternoon saying that they could find nothing wrong and that my car was "operating as designed". In other words, ALL BMW 550i automobiles display severe engine misfirings. I'm sure BMWNA would be "thrilled" to hear this. Imagine yourself in my position. Don't let this happen to you. I have now received several recommendations for competent local BMW repair facilities and will bring the car to people I can trust. This experience certainly surprised me as I thought Rallye knew what they were doing, and I'm sorry my sales rep will lose out because of the inability of the service department to do its job. More
There is no way that I would ever recommend Rallye to anyone after the fiasco I had when bringing my car in for service. All I've been hearing about on the radio is their $100,000 giveaway on z100. Perha anyone after the fiasco I had when bringing my car in for service. All I've been hearing about on the radio is their $100,000 giveaway on z100. Perhaps they should invest that money more wisely, and improve their customer service and rapport. Check out Better Business Bureau's rating of Rallye. More
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent $100k on a new 7 Series, which required service to repair the power shades. The Service department (esp. Peter) made me feel like I was inconveniencing Ra on a new 7 Series, which required service to repair the power shades. The Service department (esp. Peter) made me feel like I was inconveniencing Rallye to arrange an appointment to have the shades repaired. The tone of voice was consistently dismissive, overly edgy and rude, notwithstanding the fact I was very polite and it was in the context of Rallye having already knowingly significantly inconvenienced me by canceling my long-scheduled appointment only ~60 minutes in advance. In addition, I was placed on an indefinite hold, which rolled into someone's voice mail box. When I rang back, no one picked up the phone for >10 rings. When I called back a short while later, they acted as if I was heavily burdening them to even talk with me, and they essentially said I'd just have to talk to someone else in a few days. More
I bought certified 328IS car from them, after few months clutch went bad, they replace it ($2400) and it was still broken, another week without a car, finally I’m picking up the car just to find out that I clutch went bad, they replace it ($2400) and it was still broken, another week without a car, finally I’m picking up the car just to find out that I have scratches on the roof, two dents in the front right quarter panel and missing rear bumper small plastic cover. After a month from that day – another problem, sticky fifth gear! slapy clutch pedal! And loose shifter! (I told them about all those problems) I just GIVE UP since every time my car went there it was worse and I was charged for those parts even that that car was on extended warranty! I was expecting more from a $46000 car. More
Service at Rallye is a cattle call. You are treated like a number, the advisors are arrogant, the waiting area is dirty, cramped and loud, and you consider yourself lucky if your issue gets resolved correct a number, the advisors are arrogant, the waiting area is dirty, cramped and loud, and you consider yourself lucky if your issue gets resolved correctly and in a timely manner. I have no doubt that most of the problems are due to them being incredibly overworked, but that is not an excuse. There are smaller dealers with larger, cleaner waiting areas and better customer service procedures. Regardless of how satisfied I was with the sales people, the service department would prevent me from ever purchasing another vehicle from Rallye. More
The pits I tell you! I have bought 4 cars from Rallye motors and their service department has been steadily declining in quality. The quality of work is becoming worse. Ok, so, the service advisors have motors and their service department has been steadily declining in quality. The quality of work is becoming worse. Ok, so, the service advisors have to put up with allot of garbage from rude customers. However, does that mean that I should be treated rudely? I think Rallye would be doing good by hiring clinical psychologists to screen potential service advisor candidates for the right temperments and attitudes for this job. What happened to Ray Z? He was the kindest service advisor and very good at his job. It's a shame he's not there anymore. Anthony Sofeild is a disgrace and I will aviod him at all costs when I bring my car in for service. In addition, my salesperson Stanley Gerard said that for as long as I own my car, I could contact him with any concerns or questions regarding ANYTHING. I've called him on numerous accounts asking financial questions and I never received a call back. I'm sure if I call interested in buying another car he'd call me back in 5 minutes. This place has a general snooty position. Just like the people around this area. Stay away if you can help it. More
