They give you the best prices for leaseing, this is my 5th BMW from Rallye Motors and probably my last. I currently have two BMW's. They are fine for normal maintanence, both absolultly horrible when it comes to repairing a broken item under warranty. I have brought my car in 6 times for the same acceleration problem and they refuse to drive the car further than around the block. The car has to be hot for the problem to occur and they refuse to attempt to duplicate the problem. Also I brought my other BMW, a 535xi, in because the radio didn't work, thay kept the car for two days, and gave it back with the radio still not working. I had to bring it in again and it took them 3 days before they finally fixed it. It seems that nothing ever gets repaired the first time you bring it in. More
I love to go Rallye BMW you can go without an appointment it is so convenient every time I go for service I always ask for Dennis he is always so helpful with everything. I have just picked up my 5th BMW and have just ordered my 6th BMW from Rallye. The only reason I would recommend Rallye is my loyalty to George Javier who I have dealt with for years. As far as my last few visits for service goes the experience was less then what I had come to expect from Rallye in the past. Now I am not writing this to bash anyone as I am leaving the names out but I have had my 2008 X5 in the service department 3 to 4 times over the past 8 months or so for the basic same reason, noise in the front end. The first trip they changed a wheel bearing. This naturally did not fix the issue. Second trip they changed the wheel bearing on the other side of the car. Still did not fix the issue. Now this past visit the service rep comes out and says that I need tires and an alignment. The rep (Who I know is the highest grossing for the service department) was nice enough but who is he to determine what is wrong with the car? I also requested to have the rear wiper blade changed at the time and was given a bit of a hard time. I ended up getting my car back with the wiper blades replaced and told that they removed debris from the front end which was causing the noise. Naturally to my disappointment the problem still exists and leaves me totally frustrated. I feel as if the problem was addressed properly from the beginning I would not be in need for front tires or an alignment. This X5 has 24,600 miles on it there should be no reason for either. It also leaves me to believe that there are certain reps in the service department that are either trying to bang you over the head with charges or they have their hand out looking for something as if they are doing you a favor. I am just extremely disappointed and will more then likely forward this directly to BMW as I feel they should know about my experinces and how this was never made right and is just trying to be covered up with notes after the fact. More
Rallye BMW is the best, and I would never consider going anywhere else. Ryan went out of his way to help me find the right car. George Kanes is the person that we have bought all of our BMW"s from. He is honest and thorough. Will still recommend the dealership but wasn't too happy. Being friendly and asking question is good , but when you are taking info to go against me then that's no good. Just cause i declined a loaner and told him i had 2 other vehicle doesn't mean i didn't want my car back in 1 day for a simple annual service, A state inspection and a regulator for my windows. took them 40 hours to get my car back ..(the Next day @ closing):( .. to make matter worst still had to drive back 45 mile just to have services indicator Reset cause they forgot to do it as my Car was still saying Service overdue. That Show you that there is a lack of attention to detail. Only reason that will go back, i had good service there before and i guess things happen and always willing to give a second chance .. but this time around hmphhhhhhhhh let's say i wasn't too happy . Oh yeah almost forgot, got my Car back , because i kept calling to no avail as my call were going to the voice mail. So 5th time i had to ask the operator to get him ,that's when i got a message to tell me that it will be ready soon (the next day now around 6) and didn't call me till 6:30pm and that's 30 min before closing ...thank god i had already left to the dealership to give him a piece of my mind. More

I would not consider going anywhere else for a BMW. I was treated with respect and dignity. They helped me find a used M5 and was able to pick it up in a couple of days.
