I've never had a problem while leasing a car from Rallye Acura but this time, my registration did not come in the mail. I had to continually call and finally I had to drive there and pick it up. Then I had to continually call to get the updated registration. No one ever called me back when messages were left. Finally I was able to speak to someone in billing and found out that I never paid for the new registration, even though I had been told by more than one person that I had paid at the time of possession of the car. It was all very frustrating and unnecessary for me to call at least a dozen times to resolve this issue. More
