Chad is great. I have appreciated his professionalism and good work over the years very much, and he is a very nice person, as is everyone with whom I have spoken a I have appreciated his professionalism and good work over the years very much, and he is a very nice person, as is everyone with whom I have spoken at Acura. However, when my power steering failed shortly after I had the power steering pump replaced at Rallye and I called the service department to get an appointment, the woman scheduling said they could only get me in 3 and 1/2 weeks later. That's not very safe -- without the power steering, I can't pull out into traffic safely or get into or out of parking spaces on the street with good control, and I live and commute in high-traffic areas. Another Acura dealer I called offered to get me in the same day. It turns out there was a larger problem that was destroying the power steering pumps. I'm not mad that the new pump failed or that something must have gotten missed at Rallye, but their not wanting to schedule me for almost a month didn't sit right with me. I will still say that overall I have gotten good service from the dealership. More
