My sister and husband have 4 Acuras (they've owned them for years) and based on their recommendation, I bought my car at their dealer - Curry Acura in Westchester. My car had several problems. Chad was able to diagnose the problems quickly, and deal with them all individually in an expedient manner. Had an awesome experience as usual at the Rallye Acura service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to service department. My 2009 TSX had failed to start on several different occasions. I brought the car in on Thursday morning and was in a rush to get to work in NYC. Chad Tammaro as usual was professional and extremely courteous. He provided a loaner so I could get to work on time. He diagnosed the issue correctly and informed me the new battery was covered under the warranty. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Chad is the reason I bring my car to be serviced at Rallye Acura. I live in Wantagh and literally have an Acura dealership a 1/2 mile from my house. I choose to drive 20 minutes to Rallye Acura in Roslyn because they always do a great job. Great job as always! More
