Chad is always a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It may be something bigger, perhaps an actuator." Sure enough, it was a $200+ repair. Chad was knowledgeable and upfront about it. Not happy about paying for a repair (car is out of warranty), but I never felt it was Acura's issue. That's the nature of a 7+ year old vehicle. Chad is always terrific. More

Micheal Denfeld, who i have being doing business with for over 10yrs, was his usually helpful self and was able to quickly identify the issue. He promised and deliver my car in the initial timeframe that was indicated to me with a car wash included. The price was fair which is something that i can consistently say about Rallye Acura. The waiting area is comfortable with any beverage that i may want. I would recommend this dealership and Mike specifically. As a longtime customer they have always treated me fairly which indicated to me that they appreciate my loyal business. More

Truthfully, I try to avoid dealer service because of experiences I have had in the past (not from Rallye Acura). However, when a warrantee problem occurred, my local service station told me I had to go to the dealer. Fearfully, I headed to Rallye Acura for the first time. Well, it certainly won't be my last time. I have never had such a lovely experience. Melissa Kennedy told me that they had to order a part and made me an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived, I was treated with warmth and consideration. I was told that it would take about an hour and I waited in a lovely state-of-the-art waiting room. I couldn't have been more comfortable. It was extremely clean and inviting. Melissa knew that I had to pick up my grandchildren in 2 hours and she made sure that my car was ready in one hour. She even threw in a complimentary car wash. I love my RDX and it hardly ever has a problem so I probably won't be returning anytime soon, but, when I do, it will no longer be with fear. You have cured me of my dealer service phobia. Wait times are generally brief and comfortable in the showroom, which has amenities such as wireless internet access and coffee and snacks. For longer services, excellent loaner cars are available. I would say that this dealer's outstanding service is one reason that I would highly recommend an Acura to any new car buyer. It is certainly one factor in my decision-making regarding my own new car purchases. More
