My starter motor on my one-year old 2011 Acura RDX was starting to fail. Rallye was very flexible about scheduling the appointment and worked with my schedule. They changed the starter motor and there was no charge to me since it was a warranty repair. Also, my alarm lock beeper had also stopped working and they replaced that, also for no charge. They gave me a loaner car (at my request) even though it wasn't technically within their standard procedures. Keeyoung Moon was our service rep and he was consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. More
Since I purchased my Acura in December 2006, I have always returned to Rallye Acura for service. The experience has always been satisfying. The service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling a service appointment is never a problem and they always provide a loaner car if needed. The waiting area is comfortbale - provides wi fi, newspapers, bagles, coffee. Everyone is helpful - from the moment I drive my car up to the person tkaing my car for service to when I leave and make payment. I recommend Rallye Acura to everyone. More
My husband and I have been bringing my RDX to Rallye for a little over 4 years now for scheduled oil changes, tire rotation, NYS inspections. I just made a appointment to bring my car in for new brakes after almost 54,000 miles and I can actually say I am looking forward to the visit. More

Chad Tammaro is customer service driven and an ultimate professional. He geuinely cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. My Acura MDX developed an electrical problem, s professional. He geuinely cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. My Acura MDX developed an electrical problem, so I called Chad and left a message concerning my situation. He called me back after normal hours, rather than wait until the next business day and when I explained the situation to him over the phone, he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next day for repair. Great example of caring for your customers. More

As always when I make an appointment I am not kept waiting. Chris pointed out on this visit that my inspection was overdue(saving me a possible ticket).After my car was brought into the shop he also p waiting. While waiting Enza was always available and provided updates on the progress of my service. When all was finished she also helped with my smooth exit.
