The technician greets me and park the car for me when I arrived at Rallye 7:30 in the morning. The service advisor, Keeyoung Moon, was very professional and friendly. The service team has addressed all the issues in timely manner. They also provide great communication and giving me the service status. I would highly recommend Rally for sales and service on your Acura vehicle. More

I have dealt with all the service representatives in the past and he is clearly the best one you have. He is one of the main reasons we come back. I would rate him 10 out of 10. Enza was also very attentive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dealership comment - Pricing / Coupon. I have been a long time customer with Rally. Obviously dealership pricing is more expensive than local shops. I expect that and am fine with paying a little extra for quality service. Historically, we have received coupons for service work, but for some reason we stopped receiving them. These coupons are important to closing the pricing gap that keep us coming back. I would appreciate if someone could add us back to the coupon list or make a note on my account to offer similar coupon discounts as in the past. Thank you for your consideration. I've been coming here since I purchased my car in 2007. The service here is superb. This visit pertained to a chip on my wind shield. I was given a 7:30 appointment. After they viewed the damage, they said they couldn't get anyone to fix it until 9:30 and immediately offered a loaner without me asking for one. This was perfect. I happened to be out sick and the last thing I needed was to stay in a waiting area for so many hours or drive back and forth on such a rainy day. They called when it was ready and pick up was quick and easy and I got a clean car to boot. Two years ago, my car was honking non stop through the night. The only way it stopped was by keeping the engine running. I brought the car in the next morning. They took me right away and had to keep the car for a few days. Turned out the rug I kept in the trunk of my mdx was getting stuck in the closing mechanism. A simply fix. They didn't charge me a cent! Now that's service! I honestly don't know if the prices are comparable since I only take my car to Rallye, but they treat you well. They work hard at getting you out on time and treat you with respect (even if it's your mistake;)). They're a great team. More

I have know Ms. Enza Comito since I first purchased my car back in 2002 and she has always been "My Rock" through Customer Service. Because of her I have never ever had any difficults problems with this car back in 2002 and she has always been "My Rock" through Customer Service. Because of her I have never ever had any difficults problems with this Accura Dealership. This is one of the reasons, why I travel so far for service. Of all of the Representatives, that I have encountered, she is the one that I alsways prefer. I work in customer service also and I have taken some of her skills back to my place of business. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that when I opened my hood to look at my engine, there were leaves in wells that had not been removed by the me My only complaint, and it's minor, is that when I opened my hood to look at my engine, there were leaves in wells that had not been removed by the mechanic. I never look under the hood as a general rule, but when I opened it the leaves were everywhere. This should have been cleaned out. More
