Everyone was friendly & helpful. I came in for a oil change & state inspection. I was told it would tke an hour & it took 55 minutes. The waiting area had a working tv, internet access & newsday so the change & state inspection. I was told it would tke an hour & it took 55 minutes. I showed up just to have my 2004 Acura RL checked over, and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle would be taken care of while I waited. They have a lovely dealership, and the waiting area was outstanding, including the iPads that my children enjoyed playing on while we waited. Imagine my surprise when my vehicle was done, and the Multipoint Inspection showed that everything was good, and nothing additional was needed. They even washed my car ! More
