Truthfully, I try to avoid dealer service because of experiences I have had in the past (not from Rallye Acura). However, when a warrantee problem occurred, my local service station told me I had to go experiences I have had in the past (not from Rallye Acura). However, when a warrantee problem occurred, my local service station told me I had to go to the dealer. Fearfully, I headed to Rallye Acura for the first time. Well, it certainly won't be my last time. I have never had such a lovely experience. Melissa Kennedy told me that they had to order a part and made me an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived, I was treated with warmth and consideration. I was told that it would take about an hour and I waited in a lovely state-of-the-art waiting room. I couldn't have been more comfortable. It was extremely clean and inviting. Melissa knew that I had to pick up my grandchildren in 2 hours and she made sure that my car was ready in one hour. She even threw in a complimentary car wash. I love my RDX and it hardly ever has a problem so I probably won't be returning anytime soon, but, when I do, it will no longer be with fear. You have cured me of my dealer service phobia. Having just had throat surgery, I was in a lot of pain and didnt want to go to the dealership to deal with a recall. By far the best Acura Dealership i have gotten my car serviced at. I walked in for a oil change without any notice or appt. Was done in under 45min.
