I brought my MDX in for software update. Chad Tammaro was so professional, he took care of me right away even though I did not have an appointment. Their quick service impressed me so much. While they were taking care of my car, I was waiting at the waiting room which was awesome. They had I-pad, tv, coffee machine. It felt like I was home just relaxing. These guys are awesome. Enza and everyone at Rallye have been a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 2012 TL and leased a MDX and my wife and I love them both. They are the best cars we have ever owned. This is my 3rd Acura from Rallye and Jeri Bellman. The customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 201 customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 2011 MDX, she tapped me on the shoulder and said "Tell them the 1st service is on me!". Wow what a surprise! Thanks. Price: I feel that an electrical diagnosis fee should be included with work done. Only extra fee if you choose not to do the work. $130.00. Asked for a trade in value of car, but my service manager was no included with work done. Only extra fee if you choose not to do the work. $130.00. I feel she could have had that infor for me when I picked up my car. Dropped my car off at 7am and that was good. Picked up and it was ready and washed. More
