Was there Fri Nov 9 for 2pm service. Melissa was friendly and efficient and my car was ready right on time as promised. Nina also was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful answering questions I ha and efficient and my car was ready right on time as promised. Yesterday was my first service visit for my Acura TL. I arrived in the driveway, was greeted by a friendly young man who opened the door to the service department. I signed in and spoke with Keeyoung Moon, a cheerful professional, who discussed the power steering with me. Knowledgeable as well as pleasant, he assured me my car would be serviced shortly and asked if I had time for a car wash. I said yes and waited in the reception area , appointed with tv, Ipads, coffee and bagels. All in all, a perfect way to have my car serviced. Regards, Angela Governale More

I've been servicing my TL there for two years. I'm very pleased with the service. I feel very comfortable with Chad. He is calm, friendly and informative. He is definitely an asset to Rallye Acura. I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I leased my first Acura from them. I am on my 2nd Acura now (leased from another dealer), regardl I have been going to Rallye Acura for five years. I leased my first Acura from them. I am on my 2nd Acura now (leased from another dealer), regardless i will always use Rallye Acura service. Overall, They have always been: great to me. Acura's are great cars so other than oil changes and an occaisional fuse or light needing to be changed, I'm not there too much (so that's a good thing).. Hopefully they give me a "great deal" on my next lease...but if they don't..and i have an Acura..i will always go there. Chad Tammaro has been my primary service representative. He always does all he can to make my experience a good one. I've had a number of other cars from different dealerships local and national. I can honestly say that i enjoy my visits to this Acura Dealership. More
