That's why I Love going to Rallye Acura for service! I made an appointment for service due to noise coming under the hood of my 2012 MDX. As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet person. Then met with this young, knowledgeable and courteous service advisor, Keeyoung Moon. I explained to Keeyoung what's the problem and took my vehicle for service. He gave me a loaner which is a beautiful 2016 TLX... Love that car. Keeyoung told me he'll get back to me by the afternoon, and guess what? After an hour, I already got a call from Keeyoung and my MDX is fixed and ready to be picked up. These are the reasons why I love going back to have my vehicle(s) service st Rallye Acura. Staffs are knowledgeable, quick service, fix the issues and most important of all they treat their customers right. Thank you Rallye Acura! More

This is the only person I would bring my car to. Staff here is great and the service department does great work. If a problem is not fixed, they will fix it till its corrected. Speedy and excellent service from this dealer. I drive from Brooklyn to Long Island just for the service. That tells you something.. I have been to this service department many times but just found this page. Glad I did. Thanks Moon! More

I've owned various new cars, including Jaguar & Cadillac, I have never had a better service experience than at Rallye Acura, and it is all due to Mr. Chad Tammaro. Chad has assisted myself & my son with our cars in the past and I would always contact him if we needed service. I was in for service recently and as always was treated like I was part of the family. Chad was professional, courteous, sincere and followed up as he said he would, in a timely fashion. I work in the hospitality industry and know how valuable customer service is, it was when I saw him assisting other customers in the same manner as he treated me that I realized how fortunate Rallye Acura is to have such a capable person as part of their team. Complaints are so common, but praise is not. Please know that for my family Chad's efforts are the reason why we bring our cars to Rallye Acura. More
