That's why I Love going to Rallye Acura for service! I made an appointment for service due to noise coming under the hood of my 2012 MDX. As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet person. Then met with this young, knowledgeable and courteous service advisor, Keeyoung Moon. I explained to Keeyoung what's the problem and took my vehicle for service. He gave me a loaner which is a beautiful 2016 TLX... Love that car. Keeyoung told me he'll get back to me by the afternoon, and guess what? After an hour, I already got a call from Keeyoung and my MDX is fixed and ready to be picked up. These are the reasons why I love going back to have my vehicle(s) service st Rallye Acura. This is the only person I would bring my car to. Staff here is great and the service department does great work. If a problem is not fixed, they will fix it till its corrected. Speedy and excellent service from this dealer. I drive from Brooklyn to Long Island just for the service. That tells you something.. Chad has assisted myself & my son with our cars in the past and I would always contact him if we needed service. I was in for service recently and as always was treated like I was part of the family. Chad was professional, courteous, sincere and followed up as he said he would, in a timely fashion. I work in the hospitality industry and know how valuable customer service is, it was when I saw him assisting other customers in the same manner as he treated me that I realized how fortunate Rallye Acura is to have such a capable person as part of their team.
