That's why I Love going to Rallye Acura for service! I made an appointment for service due to noise coming under the hood of my 2012 MDX. As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet pers I made an appointment for service due to noise coming under the hood of my 2012 MDX. As I pulled my vehicle for service, I was greeted by a valet person. Then met with this young, knowledgeable and courteous service advisor, Keeyoung Moon. I explained to Keeyoung what's the problem and took my vehicle for service. He gave me a loaner which is a beautiful 2016 TLX... Love that car. Keeyoung told me he'll get back to me by the afternoon, and guess what? After an hour, I already got a call from Keeyoung and my MDX is fixed and ready to be picked up. These are the reasons why I love going back to have my vehicle(s) service st Rallye Acura. This is the only person I would bring my car to. Staff here is great and the service department does great work. If a problem is not fixed, they will fix it till its corrected. Speedy and excellent service from this dealer. I drive from Brooklyn to Long Island just for the service. That tells you something.. I have been to this service department many times but just found this page. Glad I did. Thanks Moon! More
