Chad Tammaro has to be one of the best dealer service reps I've ever encountered (I've encountered ALOT) and does wonders for Rallye Acura's name and brand. I was able to drop my car off and pick up a loaner with ease and I got great advice regarding the wheel alignment and tire types. I also got my car detailed and it looks brand new. And to top off this fantastic experience, they changed my oil on the house! I am never disappointed when I take my car (my baby) to Rallye Acura and Chad T. is simply awesome!! :) More

I am always impressed that with all the people he deals with Chad always makes me feel like part of the family asking about my daughter or the recent vacation I went on. He provides personalized service and that's why I won't go to anyone else, or to anywhere else. More

The waiting area his comfortable with WiFi. Everyone was very pleasant. When they're finished, the car is waiting outside at the door. All was very impressive. More

He treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything. He is extremely courteous and friendly. He took the time to introduce me to the service manager, Mike Denfeld who make a very favorable impression on me. Mr. Ryder kept me totally informed of what the service would entail and kept me informed of the progress. You can purchase or lease an Acura at a number of different dealers, but as far as I am concerned there is only one place to do it and that is Rally Acura in Roslyn because of their superior service dept. It is first-rate in every respect!!! More

The whole experience went so smooth that a few months after getting an MDX for my wife, I picked up a TLX for myself from him. My trade-in was purchased from Paragon only because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock, and that whole experience at Paragon was so stressful, and disjointed that I never set foot in that dealership again despite being given a few free oil changes. My purchases at Rallye were both stress free, and happy experiences, which is how getting a new vehicle should be! The service staff have also been great. Keeyoung Moon, and Norman have always been great at communication, and keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicles. I''ve had a couple of services, and warranty repairs, and I have to say everything has always been handled very professionally. More
Bad experience overall I went into the dealership a few months with a letter in hand stating a potential recall. When I questioned whether or not my vehicle was affected, I I went into the dealership a few months with a letter in hand stating a potential recall. When I questioned whether or not my vehicle was affected, I was told that I had nothing to worry about and that my car was fine. Fast forward to a week ago, I got a random call telling me to schedule an appointment because my "requested airbag" was in. I had no idea what this was regarding and was very unsatisfied when I found out that my car was indeed affected by the recall. I really didn't appreciate the fact that I was lied to by the service employee who told me to rest assure, if she was unsure, she could've told me that instead of leading me to think that I had nothing to work about or at least for me to Expect a call in the future! To make it worse, the lady on the phone calling to schedule the appointment was not at all understanding of my frustration. I scheduled my appointment and when I got there, I was told that it would take 45minutes for my car to be completed and being that I had to squeeze this appointment into my schedule, I told the employee that I did not want a car wash. I told him that I was going to step out while the car was fixed and approximately 30minutes later, I got a call that my car was ready and that since I had stepped out of the dealership, he would have my car washed, which I agreed to. I arrived back to pick up my car and when I left, I realized that they did NOT wash my car, and if they did, it was done VERY BADLY, not even the smallest dirt mark -those of which could've be removed with Even a spray of water - on the exterior was removed. My complaint is not that they did not provide that service , but the fact that I was told by the employee that it would be done and it was not. Moreover, later on in the day , as I am getting out of my vehicle, I find a nail on the floor of my drivers seat. I don't know where it is from or where it belongs but it makes me feel VERY uneasy about the work that was done. For them to be so lax about leaving tools, whether is it garbage or not, when fixing vehicles makes me feel unsafe in driving a vehicle that was meant to be "fixed". Why lie to your customer? First I'm told that my car is fine when in fact , it was not and then I get there and I am promised something (which was OFFERED to me). I really don't appreciate that my experience was like this. Not with just one individual employee but several in your location. More
