Incredible experiences with every visit Have been bringing my Acura TSX to this dealer as initially it was convenient for work. Though over time, I now only trust my vehicle here at Rallye. Have been bringing my Acura TSX to this dealer as initially it was convenient for work. Though over time, I now only trust my vehicle here at Rallye. Now have an Acura TL and continue to get my service done here. Though I have a dealership nearby my home (smithtown) the experience, expertise, and honesty I receive [at Rallye] has me coming back. Chad is an incredible service advisor who cares about your vehicle and will ensure you are taken care of. If there are other issues found during a visit he will sit with you and explain what needs to be done or even show you himself. Hard to find a place you can trust these days, but they do very well and continue to have my business. More

I have work with Chad Tammaro (service advisor) for many years and he always treat you with respect and honest with you. Can't said enough good things about him. Recently, I also work with Mr. Keeyoung Moon (service advisor). He was also very pleasant to work with. Overall experience with the service dept has been very positive. The price is not cheap, but you expect that from the dealer. The peace of mind is priceless. Keep up the good work!! Btw, Enza is great too. Always follow up with the customer after the visit. Addendum Again service you get is great. We all expect dealer charge more than other car service center. People still go there for peace of mind. But to charge over $230 for a 5-10min job is just way overprice. Recently I got a quote for my mdx that the rear window spray is missing and need to be replace. The quote is $255. I was able to get the part for about $20 and fix it on my own in 5-10min. Choose wisely what you want it to be done. Henry Lam More

1st service after purchase - very satisfied! Made the appointment online, drove up to the Service Area and was checked in right away. Keeyoung Moon was my Service Advisor. Aside from the oil change, Keeyoung took care of an issue with the FCW system consisting of dirt blocking the sensor and some scuff marks on the hood. The service was completed as promised in 90 minutes. There was water, tea, coffee in the lounge, and conference room was available. Free wifi. More

I've been taking my car to Rallye for over 7 years and have had a great overall experience. I recently brought my TSX in for its state inspection & a service. After getting home, I noticed a fairly large scratch on my car, most likely from the complementary car wash. I immediately called up Chad, and he asked me to come back in so that he could take care of it for me. He immediately had the scratch buffed out, and apologized for the mistake. I truly believe that I get excellent service from Chad and from Rallye, and that I'm not treated like just another customer. As I mentioned before, they made a mistake. But what I feel separates Rallye from other dealerships is that they own up to their (very few) mistakes and do what they can to ameliorate them. More
