The whole experience went so smooth that a few months after getting an MDX for my wife, I picked up a TLX for myself from him. My trade-in was purchased from Paragon only because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock, and that whole experience at Paragon was so stressful, and disjointed that I never set foot in that dealership again despite being given a few free oil changes. My purchases at Rallye were both stress free, and happy experiences, which is how getting a new vehicle should be! The service staff have also been great. Keeyoung Moon, and Norman have always been great at communication, and keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicles. I''ve had a couple of services, and warranty repairs, and I have to say everything has always been handled very professionally. More
Bad experience overall I went into the dealership a few months with a letter in hand stating a potential recall. When I questioned whether or not my vehicle was affected, I I went into the dealership a few months with a letter in hand stating a potential recall. When I questioned whether or not my vehicle was affected, I was told that I had nothing to worry about and that my car was fine. Fast forward to a week ago, I got a random call telling me to schedule an appointment because my "requested airbag" was in. I had no idea what this was regarding and was very unsatisfied when I found out that my car was indeed affected by the recall. I really didn't appreciate the fact that I was lied to by the service employee who told me to rest assure, if she was unsure, she could've told me that instead of leading me to think that I had nothing to work about or at least for me to Expect a call in the future! To make it worse, the lady on the phone calling to schedule the appointment was not at all understanding of my frustration. I scheduled my appointment and when I got there, I was told that it would take 45minutes for my car to be completed and being that I had to squeeze this appointment into my schedule, I told the employee that I did not want a car wash. I told him that I was going to step out while the car was fixed and approximately 30minutes later, I got a call that my car was ready and that since I had stepped out of the dealership, he would have my car washed, which I agreed to. I arrived back to pick up my car and when I left, I realized that they did NOT wash my car, and if they did, it was done VERY BADLY, not even the smallest dirt mark -those of which could've be removed with Even a spray of water - on the exterior was removed. My complaint is not that they did not provide that service , but the fact that I was told by the employee that it would be done and it was not. Moreover, later on in the day , as I am getting out of my vehicle, I find a nail on the floor of my drivers seat. I don't know where it is from or where it belongs but it makes me feel VERY uneasy about the work that was done. For them to be so lax about leaving tools, whether is it garbage or not, when fixing vehicles makes me feel unsafe in driving a vehicle that was meant to be "fixed". Why lie to your customer? First I'm told that my car is fine when in fact , it was not and then I get there and I am promised something (which was OFFERED to me). I really don't appreciate that my experience was like this. Not with just one individual employee but several in your location. More

Rallye Acura is actually is closer to my home so I decided to try them. I was specifically referred to Chad Tammaro in the service department and I am very pleased with the excellent service he provides every time. Chad always takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in detail. I have seen other members of the service team when Chad is out of the office, and they are all great too. The level of service they provide is superior to other dealerships I have used in the past. Therefore I absolutely recommend them. Needless to say I have not returned to the dealership where I bought my car. Thank you Chad and Rallye Acura for the excellent service. You guys rock! Mark W. More

When Acura of Manhattan closed, we researched other Acura dealers to take over service of our MDX. Though there were closer/more convenient options, we chose Rallye Acura Service and could be not be more satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer care we have received, particularly from our Service Advisor, Chad Tammaro. Chad is direct and honest about every service item we have discussed. He follows up promptly, provides accurate estimates about vehicle readiness, arranges a seamless loaner process and honors coupons. Most importantly, we have never had to return for a failed repair and our MDX runs great - the Rallye Acura techs are wonderful. From drop off to pick up, the Service Team works together to make sure customers are handled efficiently, even if their service advisor is with another customer. So happy we were forced to make change! 1000x better. More
