Service Dept is the best! The level of service one receives from Rallye Acura is far superior to almost any other dealer I have been to. My Skylight got stuck open so I called and spoke to Enza Comito who was very accommodating and said "Come right down" and we will take a look. Once I arrives I was greeted by service advisor Chad Tammaro who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They took my car right in to diagnose the problem. Chad came out and said good news is we have the part, bad news is not covered by extended warranty. I was surprised since I purchased the "dealer full extended warranty" but Chad said there are certain exceptions and this item was one of the, I said ok, please repair it. I wanted an hour and it was done. Afterwards Chad called the warranty Dept to ask for an exception for this items and he got it granted! Talk about going above and beyond. This is one very satisfied Customer! Thank you! More

Over the years, I have purchased five vehicles from Acura of Roslyn, ,any one of which could have been purchased from any other dealership on Long Over the years, I have purchased five vehicles from Acura of Roslyn, ,any one of which could have been purchased from any other dealership on Long Island, But it is their Service Dept. and more particularly Customer Service Adviser like Chad Tammaro that keep me coming back. Chad Tammaro is a true professional and is knowledgeable of the Acura product. Over the years he has instilled in me a confidence that his advice and recommendations as to the service I need, is accurate and honest and offered in my best interest. To date I have not been disappointed. To complete this full service package, Enza Comito, a Customer Service Representative always called the following day to confirm that that the work was completed to my satisfaction., offering her availability and assistance if needed. Nothing is left to chance. As a Service Department, they are always there. More

Outstanding service! We did not buy the car from Rallye Acura but since it is the dealership that is closest to us, we have been taking the car there right from the start. Chad, in particular, is one of the most affable and efficient person I have known. The service department has great hours, is accommodating and have never refused the loan if a car. Scheduling a service appointment is never a challenge. Appointments are always available, a loaner is often an option, a car wash after each service is always guaranteed and a followup phone call to discuss the experience is the standard. Our favorite service employee is Chad Tammaro. He knows our car better than we do!! Our 2005 Acura MDX with over 167,000 miles is still going strong, thanks to Chad and our other two Acuras (2009 RDX and 2012TL) are in great shape as well. Thanks for all these years of outstanding dedication to customer Service! More
