Poor service department Poor customer service in the service department. They don't honor appointment times. They give the excuse that they had too many walkins. Chad was great to work with, from the initial contacts via email through the service appointment at Rallye. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to delve right into what was needed for the car. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and I could tell that both Chad and Enza were truly interested in building a long term relationship instead of pushing me towards unneeded items. Would not hesitate to come here again for any service needs in the future- amazing customer service. More
