The Rolls Royce of Service I have been coming to Rallye Acura for my last 4 Cars. Chad is my service advisor who treats me like a princess. He is truley one of the most genuine I have been coming to Rallye Acura for my last 4 Cars. Chad is my service advisor who treats me like a princess. Excellent Service from Rallye Acura Service Dept Went for Service for a constant air leak for driver side rear tire and was fixed under warranty, had a Hyper Flash issue and was fixed Promptly . Norm Went for Service for a constant air leak for driver side rear tire and was fixed under warranty, had a Hyper Flash issue and was fixed Promptly . Norman Ryder and Enza took care of me when I was there. Would also recommend Danny Park for your Sale needs, he was very helpful when I was shopping for best price for a 2017 MDX but as in real life, Spouse went with a dealer she liked but will be bringing the MDX for Warranty and Maintenance to Rallye. Thumbs up to all three! More

Why even make appointments? Called Rallye one morning to inquire about a remote start for the wife’s 2015 MDX. Was told everyone was busy & id get a call back. Waited all day, no Called Rallye one morning to inquire about a remote start for the wife’s 2015 MDX. Was told everyone was busy & id get a call back. Waited all day, no call. So I called back the next morning. Was told the same thing, all the service advisors are busy but I would get a call back. I did get a call back that day, however it was from a secretary for the service advisors. She had no knowledge of the product/price and said she would have Mr. Moon give me a call back. Waited all day, nothing. The third day my wife called and asked to speak to a manager. We were trying to figure out why it was so hard for someone to contact us when we were trying to spend money at RALLYE. Norman took care of the situation and set me up with a 10am appointment for the following Monday. I arrive at the dealership at 9:55am, the valet takes my car, I walk inside and am greeted by Enza. It is now 10am but instead of seeing the advisor I end up waiting 35 minutes. At this point I am fed up and ask to speak to Norman. Norman gets me to Chad Tammaro who was awesome. He was very professional, calm and made the situation 100% better. To be honest I think Chad, Norman and Enza were all great. The problem did not lie with them, instead with the system of taking people in etc. Yes it was a busy day, a rainy day, yes there’s construction going on. At the end of the day none of that matters because that is what appointments are for.... so you don’t have to deal with any of that. My two cents, let the people that don’t have appointments wait, let them get bumped to the back of the line while those who are pressed for time are in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Again thank you Chad, you are the reason I’ll be coming back for more Sercice. More
