CAR PRICES THE ACURA SERVICE at this dealer is by far superior to most...however when it comes to other areas of the car business I believe RALLYE can do much be THE ACURA SERVICE at this dealer is by far superior to most...however when it comes to other areas of the car business I believe RALLYE can do much better... The price I paid for my vehicle was much much to high and Rallye does not care and I know for sure will never do anything to change that, not for me anyway,,, Also I paid my car loan the first year,,,and I did not receive a refund for the insurance for the loan,,, I will never purchase a vehicle again from RALLYE... I am so very happy to have Norman and Enza take car of my RDX,,both always complete the service to my satisfaction, and as a customer can talk about any problems with your vehicle and always fulfill the concerns/issues with your car . They both have great dispositions considering how hectic it gets at times... THANK YOU JAMES WALSH More
Great work I needed to get a new timing belt, oil change and get the Bluetooth replaced. I have been getting my car serviced there for a few years now. Rallye Acura It amazes me how the sales people, service department staff and. basically all of the employees at Rallye Acura can be so upbeat despite the fact that It amazes me how the sales people, service department staff and. basically all of the employees at Rallye Acura can be so upbeat despite the fact that their workplace has been turned upside down for months for what appears to be never-ending renovations! I really take my hat off to them and for their taking the time to make sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. Hopefully they will have a beautiful, state of the art showroom/car dealership after all the dust settles, but in the meantime, hang in there, ladies and gents! You're doing a fine job which I hope is being appreciated by not only just your customers. I appreciate the customer service provided by the very knowledgeable and patient, Michael O'Neill who, by the way noticed that my inspection sticker had expired- a month ago- I hadn't noticed!! Now that is good looking out! Thank you again. I am hoping that. my car doesn't need additional servicing any time soon, but if and when it does, I look to Rallye for expert service. More
