excellent service I was impressed by the new technology when dropping off my acura ,I was greeted and my car was scanned by new machine ....I was glad to find out my a I was impressed by the new technology when dropping off my acura ,I was greeted and my car was scanned by new machine ....I was glad to find out my alignment was in need of service....The service department corrected my alignment and did an oil change....when picking up my car I was surprised to find the car was vacuumed and washed....overall I say it was a great experience.... Better communication needed this time In the past I have been very satisfied with Acura's service. However, this time the communication was very lacking. More than 8 hours after my car was dropped off, I still had not heard from the service dept. I was given an estimate of repairs at approximately 4:45pm and told that my car would have to be kept overnight for the work to be done. Chad worked with me to have the car ready by 5:30 the same day, but an update earlier in the day was what I expected. Chad is very personable and apologized, but I expected better. More
