Goin' Down The Road Feeling Good Chad Tammaro is The Best service advisor I have ever worked with in over 40 years of automobile ownership. There is no way to emphasize this enough. Chad Tammaro is The Best service advisor I have ever worked with in over 40 years of automobile ownership. There is no way to emphasize this enough. I have been dealing with Chad on a regular basis for at least 12 years. In addition to being an individual who I trust completely (a rarity at many service departments), Chad has an impressively high level of knowledge about all Acura automobiles regardless of model year. When I have a more complex issue, Chad will usually have the answer or solution and is intuitively on the right track. He is excellent as a liaison between myself and the mechanics or technicians servicing my car. Worth special mention in this area is Terry, who is a master diagnostician, mechanic, and (I think) service department foreman. We have all worked closely together to keep my vehicle in fantastic condition, even after 14 years and almost 150,000 miles. Chad Tammaro and the unique relationship we have established over the years is something I value greatly. And the primary reason I keep returning to Rallye Acura for service. I would also like to mention and commend Enza, who has always been of great help in many ways over the years. Her kindness and assistance is always appreciated. Terry, who is often in the back is certainly The Most Knowledgeable Acura or Honda mechanic I am aware of. I say that from experience, as a Honda owner since 1980 and Acura owner since the first model year. And like Chad, he is a pleasure to deal with, highly respectful and a great communicator. Lastly, the service manager Norman is always very nice. Although I primarily deal with Chad, Norman always makes sure to warmly greet me and seems genuinely interested that I am satisfied with my service. That's the short version! Thank you Chad Tammaro for everything you do and just being a great person. And thank you Rallye Acura for giving me the opportunity to work with Chad throughout the years. I hope Rallye recognizes what a unique and tremendous assert they have in Chad to represent Acura. More

I’ve been coming to Chad over the years for service and I know once he has the keys to my vehicle there are no worries about getting issues addressed or service completed. He is one of the reasons I am not changing the dealership or the Acura Brand, he is well deserved of anything over 5 stars. More

And yet, it occurred to me that if they were going to take the time to take such great care of me, I should let others know. Aside from the great customer service they have always had (Meet & greet you with a smile - nice & clean waiting area - refreshments/coffee while you wait...) my most recent visit was due to an emergency issue that needed attention immediately. Needless to say, they took me right away without hesitation and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Keeyoung Moon was the person from Rallye with whom I dealt with and I walked away a very happy customer. :) More
