Everyone has always been polite, helpful, professional, and honest. I can't ever remember a bad experience. I'd highly recommend Rallye to anyone. Chad, Enza, and Norman are especially helpful and eager to give the best possible service at everyone of my visits. I have heard numerous instances where clients feel they have been completely ripped off by their dealerships. I will never be told to get something repaired unless it is absolutely necessary. More

Over the years I have leased over 10 Acura's from Rallye and have always serviced them all at Rallye. This last visit Joe Reilly and Enza Comito couldn't have been nicer. Obviously leasing this many vehicles from Rallye over the years I have come to know Danny Park, Joseph Matajy, & Jay Rosenthal who have all always been there and feel like family. Although I am not related to any of the above mentioned people they are the reason love my Acuras and I have never driven an Acura that I didn't get from Rallye. More
Warranty repair for A/C issue with my RDX A/C was cutting in & out. Brought to Rallye for repair. First time they thought they fixed it but it wasn't what they thought so I brought it back a A/C was cutting in & out. Brought to Rallye for repair. First time they thought they fixed it but it wasn't what they thought so I brought it back again & it was then determined to be something else. Part was ordered & repaired in no time. I received ongoing updates with the status of the repair. Very pleased with the whole experience & I highly recommend them. More
Broken Hood Sensor I went in for A1 service on a Saturday morning and came home with a broken sensor which resulted to the car alarm to go off multiple times over the we I went in for A1 service on a Saturday morning and came home with a broken sensor which resulted to the car alarm to go off multiple times over the weekend including the overnight hours. I lost sleep for 2 nights. I never touch the hood. My car has always been service by Rallye Acura only. Your mechanic touched it last and possible broke it. Is had to shell out >$300 to get it fixed. How is that fair for a loyal patron? More
