Outstanding from Beginning to End From the moment I entered the service center, I was impressed by the courteous, efficient manner in which the staff handled the problem, an open recal From the moment I entered the service center, I was impressed by the courteous, efficient manner in which the staff handled the problem, an open recall on my MDX. The work took over an hour, but the renovated sales area proved to be a very comfortable place to wait. Also, I enjoyed talking to Anthony and Julio about the new vehicles. Prices need to be realistic and competitive if you want people to keep coming in for service. I only came because it was a recall. Seriously? I had my vehicle towed through RSA back on March 2nd and the vehicle was delivered to the wrong dealership. I then called to have it towed to the cor I had my vehicle towed through RSA back on March 2nd and the vehicle was delivered to the wrong dealership. I then called to have it towed to the correct dealership after receiving no phone call that the car was in Valley Stream. My car was then delivered an hour after the scheduled time. Now, these are issues with RSA and AAA, not the dealership, but this is just the preamble. Upon receiving my vehicle back after repair, I noticed that I had a scratch on my car. It was in the shape of a check mark, about 3-4 inches in length. The scratch is on the top of the car, which would not be towing damage. I was told by Rallye Acura that all cars are photographed upon delivery, but there are no photos of my vehicle. I was told that RSA needs to take care of this but RSA is a third party call center which has nothing to do with Acura. I was told to file a complain with AAA but they are telling me that it needs to be done through Acura because the car was brought to the wrong dealership from the beginning. (I asked for it to be brought to Rallye Acura and was told that was no problem but it was brought to Valley Stream, the closer dealership. I was told that they automatically bring it to the closest dealership after the fact, not when I called). I also tried to speak to the service manager at Rallye Acura but he instead yelled at the Service Adviser since he didn't want to deal with me. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau but have received no answer from Rallye Acura. The scratch has since been fixed but the poor, abhorrent customer service I have received has me reevaluating ever buying an Acura vehicle again. Seriously, the attitudes and ineptitude I have dealt with is ridiculous, especially from a supposed "luxury" brand. More
