I’ve serviced my car at Rallye Acura for years. When I came in last time a loaner wasn’t available and I was told I should bring my car back for an issue at a later date. I took time off from work When I came in last time a loaner wasn’t available and I was told I should bring my car back for an issue at a later date. I took time off from work to bring the car back a month later and was told they were understaffed and my car wouldn’t be looked at for 1-2 weeks and should leave my car there. This is simply unacceptable. Needless to say I didn’t leave my car and will now have to get this resolved at a later date again or elsewhere. Very disappointing. More
