Chris epitomizes Rallye Acura in a way that I have never experienced b4 withmy previous Dodge, Chrysler & Toyota dealership affiliation of almost 20 years prior to coming to Rallye. He showed us how the RDX was actually more affordable than the other auto manufacturer's vehicles we were looking at. He was & still is very easygoing, extremely courteous & professional. He went the distance for us regarding the financing bit, he continues 2GO the distance & is always on top of things when my RDX come in for service. He arranges for after service hours pick-up from the service center when I can't get there on time, etc. He's the quintessential gentleman. He is always there 4U !. I would without hesitation hope to buy another Acura from Rallye as long as he is there. More

They are all very kind, courteous, understandable. knowledgeable, professional & I never have the feeling that I'm being price gouged or having an unnecessary repair done to my vehicle. The Rallye Acura mechanics are simply marvelous, proficient,efficient & experts at what they do. I've never have to bring the vehicle back because they "might have missed something or left a hose unconnected, etc." The fix the vehicles right the 1st & only time This dealership & their team have only one foremost concern. Before going to Rallye Acura, I had gone to 7 Acura Dealerships in NJ and NY. I decided this was going to be the last Acura dealership and if it didn't go well, I was going to get something else. The dealership was nice, and the people were professional and courteous. Chris was honest, and answered all of our questions patiently. He didn't push us to get extra features or anything like that. Similarly, Sam (finance) was helpful in making the purchase process smooth. I would definitely recommend Chris at Rallye Acura and when we decide to get another Acura, we will come back here. More

We just bought Certified Pre-Owned at Rallye and were very pleased with the experience overall. Found the vehicle over the internet and arranged to test drive the vehicle (we live over 120 miles away). very pleased with the experience overall. Negotiations were surprisingly easy (no pressure, no games) and we saved more than $3500 buying there over any where closer to us. And those vehicles near us were older and had more miles. Chris Wuttke was great to deal with. The only issue was getting him to respond to my emails. A couple of inquires were not responded to so I finally just called. He always answered my phone calls promptly. He even drove the car to me a few days later after it was serviced. Overall we are very pleased. More
I had payment for my car wired directly to Ralley Acura's account, once paid (in full, with no haggling over the price), the sales person, Chris Wuttke, did nothing else to process the sale of my car - stati account, once paid (in full, with no haggling over the price), the sales person, Chris Wuttke, did nothing else to process the sale of my car - stating 'the accounting dept didn't realize I wanted my vehicle right away'. It was 3 days later before he managed to fedex the paperwork needed, and it was only after I called repeatedly to complain that he did anything. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who expects decent customer service. More
After using Montclair Acura which was very good to Rallye Acura, I was very disappointed. Terrible service, overbooking, calling late evening, day before scheduled appointment to say they are overbooked, TWI Acura, I was very disappointed. I pay a fortune for these services so I really do not have tolerance for this kind of dealers. I will never put my foot there again. Stay away from these guys. More
