I had a great experience with this dealership. They found the exact car I wanted and pushed the processing through fast. I was able to pick up the car 2 days after the purchase! I purchased my car from the above dealeraship in 2002 and I bought it in 2006. I took it for its checkup and service every 3 months. I 'm still having my car service by them. The service here is still great. especially by Ms. Enza Comito and Mr. Christoher Grant. I use to deal with Mr. Stephen Greiner, but he has since retired. These 3 employees, I'm deeply appreciative of. Their Customer Service Skills are excellent. I have even told my job(I also work in the area of Customer Service) that we can take some pointers from them. Customer Service is not as easy as people may think because you have to deal with so many different personalities. More
2004 Certified Pre-Owned Acura TL w/Acura Care coverage. 2004 Certified Pre-Owned Acura TL w/Acura Care coverage. Purchased at Acura of Las Vegas in 2008 I had been experiencing some vibration in the ste 2004 Certified Pre-Owned Acura TL w/Acura Care coverage. Purchased at Acura of Las Vegas in 2008 I had been experiencing some vibration in the steering wheel of my TL and so I brought my car to Rallye where they replaced 2 of 3 engine mounts as well as a few other parts. It seemed to be better when driving the car, but it still wasn't 100% better. So, I asked why the 3rd mount wasn't replaced as I figured that might be keeping the ride from being smoother. I was informed it wasn't covered under warranty. Being that it's an integral part of the drive train, I objected, obtained the part number, and called Acura Care later that day. The rep I spoke with informed me that it WAS covered. I called Steve back and again he told me that he wouldn't replace it under warranty. During my next visit, I wanted the seat motor to be looked at (among other things) as it made a jingling noise upon being adjusted. Upon pickup, I was told it was some loose change in the adjustment tracks. Of course they left that for me to clean out. So I looked underneath trying to find the problem and it ended up being a loose bolt that required 5 seconds to tighten. Loose change?! Did the service personnel bother to even look? My Acura Care policy also states that I get a loaner car for service that takes longer than a single day. That was never honored at Rallye and ultimately why I left as a customer. More
I had a great experience at Rallye Acura! I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy! My wife was in the market for a certified pre-owned car, and she always liked the TSX. Rallye happened to have the specific color combination she was looking for (found it on AutoTrader) so I sent an e-mail and she always liked the TSX. Chris got back to me promptly, and we set up an appointment to see the car. Chris was a gentleman the whole time, very professional and informative. Joe handled our loan application and arranged the financing. Our credit certainly wasn't perfect, but Joe handled our deal with professionalism and class. He never made us feel less important, or like our business wasn't valued. He ended up getting us a wonderful approval through Acura, and my wife is now driving her lovely TSX and is thrilled! High marks to Rallye Acura for providing a comforting, no pressure experience. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for a new or certified Acura to visit Rallye. More
My wife and I just purchased a certified pre-owned MDX from Rallye Acura and our overall experience was absolutely fantastic. This was our first time buying a CPO and our first Acura. The dealership its from Rallye Acura and our overall experience was absolutely fantastic. This was our first time buying a CPO and our first Acura. The dealership itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We were always greeted warmly by the receptionist on every visit. There were bagels and rolls during morning hours and sandwiches during the weekend sales event as well as fresh coffee/tea from their brand new single serve machine. Our salespersons name was Kristen who was very nice. She had an exceptional knowledge of all the vehicles and was very attentive to our specific needs and search criteria. She never once tried to sell us on anything other then what we wanted. She was very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable with the whole car buying experience. After finding a MDX that meet our criteria, it was time to negotiate price. We had been to at least 5 other Acura dealerships in the days and weeks prior and can say with absolute certainty that the vehicle at Rallye was in by far the best condition of any of the others we saw and we don't feel like we had to pay for it. The price was just as competitive as the other vehicles that were in poorer condition. We were happy to pay the internet price they were asking. Next we met with Joe to talk about the available accessories, extended warranties, and financing options. He explained everything to us so that it was very easy to understand and he was able to get us everything we wanted and did not try to push for anything more. He even worked with us a little on the pricing where he could. On one visit we also met with Chris (Kristen's partner) who was also very nice. He was a big help with questions we had over the phone and in finalizing the contract details. Rallye gave us a very good price for our trade in and the MDX was even cleaner the day we picked it up then when we originally saw it. They gave us a car fax vehicle history report as well as a checklist of all the Acura CPO inspections that were performed. We could not be happier with our new MDX and Rallye Acura played a huge roll in that happiness. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and, as a matter of fact, already have. More
