Being long time Mercedes customers, we got tired of the large repair bills and constant service. The Sales Associate (Kristen), was extremely friendly and customer oriented and worked with me every step of the way to make the deal happen. The General Manger (Jay), was a pleasure to deal with as we were talking financials and structuring the deal where it would work in my best interest. After discussing what my needs were, both Jay and Kristen handed me a deal that would help me in the long run and get into the car that I wanted. Delivery of the car was flawless, as Sam Gadkar (BM) walked me through the process and put all my paperwork in order. If i wasnt for the friendly and corteous attitude of each person in the dealership, I would not now be driving in my new car. I would like to thank Kristen, Jay and Sam for heir pleasantries. More

This was a visit for a tire patch or replacement due to a nail. I was pleasantly surprised when Moon advised me the tire could be patched, saving me hundreds of dollars.
