By far the best Acura Dealership i have gotten my car serviced at. I walked in for a oil change without any notice or appt. Was done in under 45min. The technician greets me and park the car for me when I arrived at Rallye 7:30 in the morning. The service advisor, Keeyoung Moon, was very professional and friendly. The service team has addressed all the issues in timely manner. They also provide great communication and giving me the service status. I would highly recommend Rally for sales and service on your Acura vehicle. More

Enza was also very attentive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dealership comment - Pricing / Coupon. I have been a long time customer with Rally. Obviously dealership pricing is more expensive than local shops. I expect that and am fine with paying a little extra for quality service. Historically, we have received coupons for service work, but for some reason we stopped receiving them. These coupons are important to closing the pricing gap that keep us coming back. I would appreciate if someone could add us back to the coupon list or make a note on my account to offer similar coupon discounts as in the past. Thank you for your consideration.
