This is Acura number 5 for us. Chris Grant is pleasant and easy to work with, but so are the other advisers. Appointments are easy to make, and the service preformed is usually quick and within the time p and easy to work with, but so are the other advisers. I had a fantastic experience. Normally I do not go back to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto. Great guy, always knows me by my first name. I always refer everyone to him and he takes the time to ask how everyone else is doing. Offers discount even when I forget my mail in coupons. i've had my acura for three years and have done all my servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep it in optimal running order and has never pushed me to do any service that wasn't necessary. enza has taken time on several occasions to address concerns that i had about my vehicle and questions regarding its warrantee. i find each of them to be pleasant and capable of taking care of business. i would not be surprised by any high level of success that either would reach in his or her career. Being long time Mercedes customers, we got tired of the large repair bills and constant service. Sam Gadkar in Finance was also very friendly and showed us all the options we liked on our car.
