My starter motor on my one-year old 2011 Acura RDX was starting to fail. Rallye was very flexible about scheduling the appointment and worked with my schedule. They changed the starter motor and there was starting to fail. Rallye was very flexible about scheduling the appointment and worked with my schedule. They changed the starter motor and there was no charge to me since it was a warranty repair. Also, my alarm lock beeper had also stopped working and they replaced that, also for no charge. They gave me a loaner car (at my request) even though it wasn't technically within their standard procedures. Keeyoung Moon was our service rep and he was consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. More
Since I purchased my Acura in December 2006, I have always returned to Rallye Acura for service. The experience has always been satisfying. The service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I have been bringing my RDX to Rallye for a little over 4 years now for scheduled oil changes, tire rotation, NYS inspections. He called me back after normal hours, rather than wait until the next business day and when I explained the situation to him over the phone, he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Had a great experience in leasing my new TSX. There were no "games" that you often see at other dealers. I was given a price and I asked if they could do better- and they did!
