I came into Rallye to start researching a new car to lease and Lenny was so good to work with, I leased a TL that day. I appreciate how fair and honest he was. Rallye does things on a much higher level than many other dealerships. I leased a prior vehicle at another Rallye dealership so the way business was transacted was not a surprise. They are all a pleasure to deal with. I would and hve reccommmended them in the past. I live on the South Shore of Long Isalnd, and there is an Acura dealer much closer to my home. However I choose to go to Roslyn and have fun with all of the above mentioned people. Its a pleasure to be part of the Rallye Acura family. My husband and I walked in last Monday evening and were just planning to look at the MDX, nothing more. We had been to a number of luxury car dealers and he was just remarking how we had yet to have that l just planning to look at the MDX, nothing more. We had been to a number of luxury car dealers and he was just remarking how we had yet to have that luxury car buying experience he was expecting. Then we met with Mark and we got exactly what we were looking for. He was professional and let us have some time alone to look at the car so we didn't feel hounded. He took us out on a test drive that night, and I commend him for being extremely patient with me and my nervous driving. He made us feel comfortable and showed us what the car had to offer. We put down a deposit for the lease that night. When we picked up the car over the weekend, Mark spent a long time with us showing us the features and helping set up some of them. Sam was the finance manager and he was very friendly and professional as well. Both men responded to my emails for last minute changes and we now have the perfect car for us. I would definitely do business with them again. More

I showed up just to have my 2004 Acura RL checked over, and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle would be taken care of while I waited. They have a lovely dealership, and the waiting area was outstanding, including the iPads that my children enjoyed playing on while we waited. Imagine my surprise when my vehicle was done, and the Multipoint Inspection showed that everything was good, and nothing additional was needed. They even washed my car ! More

This is the fifth Acura that I have leased from Rallye since 1997. My salesperson this time was Kristen. She is terrific. I only drive Acuras because the service department at Rallye is the greatest. I always wait for my car and they give me an exact time when will be ready. I would also like to recommend Sam Gadkar in the Finance Dept. who has been there for every one of my leasing deals. He is a true professional. And my favorite service mgrs. Mike and Chad who minimize my waiting time every maintenance visit or when I just pop in. Mike has been there since my first TL in 1997. A shout out to my retired salesperson Burt- who is enjoying his "Grandpa" years in Florida! I recommend this dealer to all of my friends. Many of the people working there have been there since 1997. It feels like home. More
Our MDX is the second car we ever owned. Ever since, we never switched to any other makes of cars. One of the reasons, of course, Acura makes great cars and we like them. Our service consultant, Chad Tammaro, is friendly, knowledgeable about any Acura cars and highly professional.
