From the moment we walked through the door of Rallye Accura, we felt at home. We were welcomed and asked the purpose of our visit. We met with Chris W. who was recommended to us by a friend. He introduced us to Sharika who took us for the best test drive ever. We knew the Accura RDX better in that short time than we knew our present cars for years. We loved the look, feel and drive of the RDX and decided to make the purchase. We dealt with Sam for the finance portion of the deal and he offered us the accessory packages to make the car even classier. We left with the contract and anticipated the pick-up just a few days later. Everyone was happy to see us again and excited for us to see our new car. It was even better than we expected. Sharika showed us all of the tricks to the car, paired both our cell phone to the bluetooth, and we were on our way down Northern Blvd. They have been in contact with us a couple of times to see if we had any questions or needed additional information. Mike picked up this service appointment from a Rallye employee who no longer is employed there. It was a difficult situation and he handled it extremely well. I've purchased or leased many vehicles over the years and have delt with the deceptive and high pressure tatics often employed by some Jeri Billman. I consider Rallye Acura and most especially Jeri Billman my ideal sales people. Jeri is always considerate of my needs, is honest and always provides a fair price for the vehicle I request. I've never heard the standard line "what do I have to do to get you to buy this car right now" from Jeri. It is a pleasure to work with Jeri Billman and Rallye Acura for my automotive needs and I hope to continue this relationship in the future. More
