Helen was very good at her position and aware of what my Honda needed, however, I wondered why no previous employee had recognized that I needed transmission fluid change at 3 years as I was getting my Honda needed, however, I wondered why no previous employee had recognized that I needed transmission fluid change at 3 years as I was getting oil changes for five years at the Burien location. I was grateful that she had recognized what needed to be done. I also needed a new rear window windshield wiper but that was not recommended. More

I bought my car here and it was an excellent experience. I now take my car here for service and I love how quickly the service department is when taking me as a walk in for an oil change every time it is a I now take my car here for service and I love how quickly the service department is when taking me as a walk in for an oil change every time it is a seamless experience and that isn’t a normal thing for a mom with a toddler tagging along.
