I took my CRV 2012 locks were not working. They first replaced ignition switch locks didn't work. They suggested to replace fuse board. I agreed. They replaced fuse board and called and told me car is ready to pick. I went there and found locks were still not working. They kept car again for few days and called me back Car is ready. I paid more than 2000$ for service but problem started again related to locks. Car started giving signals door is open. Locks started making wierd sounds while driving. I took my car back and they said they don't have parts take it to collosion center. My 2000$ was gone but problem still exist. I was customer of this location since 2015. I also purchased my second brand new car from this location and was planning to buy another one but with this horrible customer service. I will never go back to this location and will not recommend this dealership( Rairdon Honda Burien) to anybody. More

Bill was very clear on his explanation to me of the damage, the costs involved, and the time it would take to complete the work.
