I got some suspension work done here earlier this year. After the work was complete, my car started shaking at slower speeds. I took it back and the advisor confirmed the new problem and said the part inst After the work was complete, my car started shaking at slower speeds. I took it back and the advisor confirmed the new problem and said the part installed was defective. New part was then installed and same shaking remained as before. Then the blame shifted to my wheels even though the wheels were exactly the same as when I took it in. Management was unhelpful with the situation. I was shocked because this dealership has some high reviews, I bought my car here back in 2013. I had only one issue with this dealership before, putting the wrong oil in my car, which they fixed after taking it back. How do you not road test the vehicle after suspension work was done, not once but twice? Get a trusted mechanic and don't waste your cash at a dealership, at least not at this dealership. More

When I came home I drove directly into my garage. When I went out the next morning, I noticed a small pool of oil in my garage where I had parked and also a pool of oil in my driveway where I had initially parked. Not that easy to clean off the oil stains, despite the person to whom I complained telling me it would be. I did take my car back and had some service person tighten whatever had not been tightened and caused the oil to leak out. More
