What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. My service advisor was consistently communicative, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was a pleasure to work with. I also want to commend the service manager, who stepped in to support his team and made sure everything was handled professionally. Burien Honda truly went out of their way to help me, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. It’s clear that they care about their customers. I bought my 2020 Honda Fit off the lot here and have been coming in for regular service and maintenance. I can't say enough nice things about the service staff and transparency.
