They kept me informed on the progress of the 30000 service. They found another problem and had to get a part from another dealership. As a result,a 2 and a half estimated job took 6 hours. Do NOT buy from this dealership. Rairdon Subaru sold me a car they had already sold to another customer. After owning the vehicle for less than 24 hours, I received a text stating I n Rairdon Subaru sold me a car they had already sold to another customer. After owning the vehicle for less than 24 hours, I received a text stating I needed to return the car. After returning the vehicle, Subaru placed an order for replacement, but it would not be in for another month. During the four weeks while I waited for the new vehicle to arrive, not only did the original loan go through (I received a bill for a car I no longer owned) but the title arrived at the dealership with my name on it. Subaru was able to cancel my loan (after I let them know it wasn't cancelled), but I had to drive in to sign paperwork. The following week, when the title came in with my name, I once again had to return to Subaru to sign paperwork - of which Subaru had already signed/Notarized. Despite the multiple trips I took to Rairdon's Subaru to clean up their mistake, a car loan on my credit report that is inaccurate, and waiting an extra month for my vehicle, Subaru only offered a couple hundred dollars off as their apology, stating that nothing that had occurred warranted any more of a discount. I have worked customer service for years and know there is more they could have done but chose not to so they could make money. I chose to NOT buy the car from Rairdon's, but instead went to Subaru of Puyallup where I received excellent customer service and over 2% OFF my loan rate! Much better deal and MUCH better service at Subaru of Puyallup! More
