All three times we have purchased our cars from Steve B. We know he is always going to give us the best price he can without a bunch of haggling. We never feel pressured to make any decisions that are not in our best interest or within our timeline. Even the finance process was easy and pain free. Joel in the finance department never made me feel rushed to get through the paperwork, rather he wanted to make sure I fully understood everything before we were finished. Lastly, we had to leave the car with the service team to have a few accessories added, Cameron and the team there were great. They got me setup with a loaner to use while they are doing the work and made sure to get everything completed as quickly as possible so I could take my new car home as soon as possible. If you are in the market for a new car you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least go talk to the team at Rairdon's. More

Rairdon's had a fantastic selection of quality used Subarus at very fair prices.Their website is up to date with extensive information on each car in inventory. Having found one that seemed to meet all our criteria, Pete Reilly, at Rairdon's worked with me over the phone providing more details about the vehicle and getting a purchase agreement worked out. Pete is friendly, and professional with a no nonsense, no pressure, respectful manner. When we came to pick up the car it had been detailed, filled with gas and was everything he said it was. He patiently explained the technology features effectively to a decidely low tech couple. The finance person was also excellent. Not the usualy sleasy attempts to tack on a lot of extras. Our purchase was more complex as out of state buyers but it was handled expertly with no problems. We love our Legacy and can recommend Rairdon's without reservation. More

I contacted them via email with the exact specifications I wanted. I received a quick response verifying not only what I was looking for, but that it was on their lot. The response included their price. I checked it against some local competition and even KBB. The price was reasonable - I did my homework. I made an appointment ("ok, I am on my way there...") and there it was sitting all clean ready for a test drive. Took it for a spin and did the paperwork as I enjoyed a free "latte" from their waiting room coffee machine. No surprises, took advantage of their low financing rates. Drove it home happy as a clam about the whole experience. More

Mike Scarff Subaru made the whole experience even worse. I had a healthy down payment, a 777 credit score and needed to buy a car that day as I drive consistently for work. From the start, the sales rep "Sgt" showed little to no interest in helping me and made multiple comments like "we are so busy that our lot won't have any parking soon" and "we can barely keep cars on the lot." I felt like he was doing his best to let me know it didn't matter if I bought a car or not and they didn't need my business. When we sat down to talk about price, I asked what kind of room they had to work on the price. Instead of saying anything, he grabbed a flyer, put it in front of me and pointed to the statement that said something to the affect of "the price listed is the price, period." I provided him with the amount of my down payment and what I needed my monthly payment to be and the APR I was shooting for. He got up, came back and told me what car price I would have to find, which did not match any of the 3 vehicles we had looked at. AND, that was it. He didn't offer to show me used vehicles, didn't offer to see what else we could do, NOTHING. So, 20 minutes later, I left Hinshaw's Honda down the street with a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback for a higher cost than he told me I had to find for the exact monthly payment and APR I was able to pay. More
