WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMIL WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY OR CO WORKERS. Service Manager Hubert Jeter was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SUPER DEFENSIVE, xxxxxxx, and xxxxxxxxx. I brought my vehicle in for a no start concern and the vehicle randomly dying on me at 2:30AM, and the result was to replace an entire engine harness because there was "damage" done to it. I have NEVER touched my car since I have owned it and nor have I had anyone else besides a Subaru Dealership where "Professional Technicians" are trained to do so. Of course the damage was done at their facility and claim it wasn't done, my car is 2016 Hyper Blue Sti with only 14, XXX miles on it. As I was told from the technician who worked on the vehicle and the service manager "Once the engine harness is disconnected it will prevent your vehicle from running.", now why would I want my car to stop working in general to begin with?! Its super frustrating that the dealership can't even own up to its own mistakes and yet want to charge me $4,000 + tax! Forgot to mention they also CHARGED me $80.00 + for diagnosis, when clearly my car is still under its FACTORY WARRANTY! I will definitely be taking this up with Subaru Corporate of America. More

Worst experience ever For one I went through the sale with one of the sales managers and you know salesman are always the same I purchased my car 3-19-18 and they told me I For one I went through the sale with one of the sales managers and you know salesman are always the same I purchased my car 3-19-18 and they told me I can pick it up two days after they did some stuff with the car so here it is two days later no call or anything so I call at 7:00pm 1 hour before they close and the sales manager says oh we sent your car to recall they said they can’t get it done tell tomorrow so here it is 3-22-18 no call saying my cars ready to come pick up so I call them at 6:30 and 1 hour and 30 min before they close and they say oh there’s “difficulties” you can’t get it for 7 days. Here it is 3-29-18 when they said I can pick it up no call all day so I call at 4:30 when I get off work they told me I can’t pick it up there not done with it they said I can get it tomorrow so I go in on the 30th and finally pick it up. I get in the car the interior is filthy so I get out and look at the outside it is filthy they half xxx washed it then look back inside they didn’t detail the car at all and a couple other things that they promised they would do didn’t happen. So from my experience I would not ever recommend anyone to go there or nor will I ever go there. More

Salesman would say best price and then haggle back and forth . Sales managers are just sending salesman back to get the most out off customers. Bought several Subaru,s from mike scarf , but no more from auburn. They just lost myself and my whole family’s business. BUYERS BEWARE , don’t fall for their tactics for being nice to you. More
