Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn - Service Center

Tried this dealer out based on a $19.98 Oil Change Promotion. Appoitment at 8am, was told it would take about 45 minutes. I was literally the only person in the dealership and it took 90 minutes to Promotion. Appoitment at 8am, was told it would take about 45 minutes. Not once did a service rep update me on the status of my car, in fact i had to track them down an hour into the visit to get a status report. After I paid and went to my car, i had to remove the plastic and the floor liner myself and find a garbage to place it in. I noticed when i started my car, the low tire pressure light was still on. I was told, that it should turn off as i drive down the road and oh by the way, we found a screw in your sidewall on the left back tire! It was written on your invoice, was the answer i was given when I asked why this information wasn't presented at time of payment! I drove the car about an hour down the road and the light was still one, so i preceded to put air in the tire myself and the light promptly went off. I would not recommend this dealer for any type of service. Part of the promotion was three free oil changes after the initial 1st paid. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership. More
