I liked it! Everyone was friendly and professional! The girl in service who helped me was excellent! Worst experience ever. They told me they would vacuum and wash my car after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting my car was never washed or vacuumed. Worst experience ever! Express oil and filter change I took my Nissan SUV in for an express lube, oil and filter change. It took about an hour as I was told it would. The technicians also did the mul I took my Nissan SUV in for an express lube, oil and filter change. It took about an hour as I was told it would. The technicians also did the multi-point inspection which is extremely helpful. The woman that assisted me clearly and concisely explained to me the results of the inspection and what the technicians recommended going forward. I left the dealership satisfied. More

I feel I bought from the wrong dealer I’m sorry my relationship with this dealer has ended and ended not well. This was my first new car and at the age of 52 , my first bad experience was I’m sorry my relationship with this dealer has ended and ended not well. This was my first new car and at the age of 52 , my first bad experience was at 17000 my new cars tires were bald and need to b replaces,this of course was not a happy moment. It’s documented in my service record. I asked management to work with me and help me with my new tires, they declined and I asked them straight up that it wasn’t worth keeping me as a customer with just a little help,again they refused . That’s their right I guess so I decided not to give them any more of my business , so I took my car somewhere else for my 30,000 mile maintainence . I was un aware that that would void my oil changes for life . Which is my fault for not knowing . However when I tried to repair the damage it was to no avail. So I will no longer b visiting them or certainly not recommending them. My Nissan however is a great car and I won’t discredit Nissan.having to now pay for my own oil changes won’t kill me, but I would have liked a little more consideration and understanding from them. It’s a big contract but I guess u should read it .lol More
