Great Customer Service Experience!! I purchased a used truck from Bellevue Nissan 6 months ago and it was the absolute worst customer service and ethical experience I’ve ever had buying I purchased a used truck from Bellevue Nissan 6 months ago and it was the absolute worst customer service and ethical experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle; needless to say I was a little anxious about taking my truck in for an oil change and inspection before putting my kids and grandson on the road with me for an upcoming trip. Rodney Ridley was excellent; he made me feel comfortable having my sweet boxer dog with me and all of the service employees were coming up to pet her. They also had written on my work order that I was going on a trip and that the inspection was very important. My vehicle was finished 30 minutes prior to the estimated time and I was walked out to my vehicle with the keys after a thorough explanation of some upcoming services to consider but no unexpected expenses at all... I actually paid far less than what I was expecting as the inspection was a courtesy with my oil change. I am officially a customer now More

Kind, informative, non pressured individuals that care. I didn't go in there to buy a car. I just needed an estimate on my existing vehicle that was rear-ended. They suggested that I see about getting a new car, and I did not feel pressured and by the time I left I had a wonderful car. Fast and reliable service I came in to have my pathfinder checked because i could hear a rattling metal to metal sound at the back rear side of my vehicle when i accelerate. I I came in to have my pathfinder checked because i could hear a rattling metal to metal sound at the back rear side of my vehicle when i accelerate. I was checked in quickly even on their busiest day— Saturday. I left my car and after 2 hours , they called me up and said they already fixed the issue. I was expecting to get a bad news but good thing they were able to fix my car, same day and no extra charge! Wheww! I am a very happy customer right now! Thank you! More

Long waits, I called the local number on the web site and was told no wait come on down and I got there 20min later and they were filled for the night and the service managers response was sorry but that has been happening alot. Really then address the issue and fix it right? The manager said nothing he could do for me even thoe I called there number was told to come down what a disconnect... and the service manager should have mad it right no if and or butts. They dont wash your car or vacuum it and definitely dont go above and beyond like a good run dealership should. One trip to another local Nissan dealership and wow what a difference and it really showed how disconnected, un organized they are ran More
