they were not forthcoming about my car I took my Nissan in for an airbag recall. They did an inspection and found several "red" problems that needed "immediate" attention. After that $2,000.00 repair they did another inspection with another $2,000.00 of repairs My car is older, if they would have been upfront at the outset, I never would have spent that amount of money. No one could give me an answer as to why all these major problems weren't noticed on the first inspection. I will never go back there. Lilly was great. Chris and Scott were nice, but couldn't help. Moved from FL to WA. Vehicle came on transporter so just needed air in my tires. Was not told it would go thru an all-points inspection thus 45 minutes I got my car. Told it needed a battery but the car had needed air in my tires. Was not told it would go thru an all-points inspection thus 45 minutes I got my car. Told it needed a battery but the car had not been driven for 2 weeks and is only 2+ years old with 29000 miles. They could not tell me the battery was under warranty. Did not change, battery working fine. More
