I went to Rairdons Dodge with my fiancee to have the oil changed in the Calibur she purchased there a few months ago. Great price, good deal and we left completely happy. Since we had some time to kill while waiting for her oil to be changed, we took a walk around the showroom and lot. John approached to say hi and asked if we had been helped. We explained why we were there and were not interested in purchasing a car. We stood outside for several minutes talking and decided to head in. I asked John a couple of questions about an SRT 4 that was on the showroom floor. He showed me the car and we talked for several more minutes. He asked if I would be interested in looking at the numbers. I agreed and he went through the process. During this time, I never felt pressured and I was very upfront about what it would take for me to trade in my "07" HHR and purchase the SRT. He was able to meet my needs and I purchased the car. Thank you John! I have purchased several cars from other dealerships, this is by far the best experiance that I have had.
