I went on line and made a confirmed appointment to get my oil changed and when I took my car in there was no record of my appointment. The service person did get me in right away and my car was serviced righ oil changed and when I took my car in there was no record of my appointment. Great Dealership with great service. I switched from Kirkland to Monroe and am glad I did! I will continue to go to Monroe for service! I came in with a seven year old dirty truck in old clothes and was treated like a queen! The atmosphere is also low key. Clean surroundings and no hard sell to buy a new vehicle. The service was right on time and even came in a little under estimate. Very efficient! I highly reommend the service here and kudos to Steve for his customer service! I am disappointed that my jeep does not have the hands free automatic door unlock. And no remote start. I had asked about different versions of the renegade but was told the next step up would be a differ free automatic door unlock. And no remote start. I had asked about different versions of the renegade but was told the next step up would be a different model. But my rental had those features and I had asked for one just like my rental. Very disappointing More
