I recently purchased a used car from Rairdon's of Monroe. I was extemely happy with the service I was given. My salesman, Stephen Carey was very professional and knowledgable. I never felt like they were trying to cheat me or rip me off! A huge difference from my experience three years ago at Everett Chevrolet. Also, I was in & out with my new car in know time! I hate pushy, in-your-face car salesman, or really ANY salesman that is like that. I had looked around at a couple of dealerships in Seattle for a used Jeep Liberty. After reading the blog that Jeep of Monroe has, I found the perfect Liberty. The only problem was it was gone by the time I got there, but they showed me a new one and got me into it for what I was expecting to be paying for a used one. If you are looking for a down to earth, no pressure and honest experience, I highly recommend going in and working with these guys. They all seemed to be like that, however these were the sales and finance people that I personally worked with. More

Don't get me wrong, I love Dodge vehicles. I am a disabled mom of one 5 yr old and one on the way so, I went to trade my car in for another more family friendly but, the salesman, James Potts, was v disabled mom of one 5 yr old and one on the way so, I went to trade my car in for another more family friendly but, the salesman, James Potts, was very rude, decieving, and lied about pretty much every thing. I was taken advantage of so I later talked to Mr. White and he was very kind and understanding, and set things right for me. More
My husband and I went to this dealership to look at two used cars we had seen on the website for this dealer. I called first to make sure that both cars were there and they advised me that they were and w used cars we had seen on the website for this dealer. When we arrived at the dealership they advised me that one of the cars was sold and no longer ava. but they had some other cars on the lot that we could look at. We did end up purchasing the one car that they had there that we wanted but did not get the other one as they told us it was sold. When we received the car it only had one key with it and I asked the salesman if there was another key as the one he gave us said spare he advised me that there was another key but he would have to find it and get back with me when he did. I never heard back from him so I called a couple days later and he advised me that he was still looking for the key and would call me back, never got a call back so I called the manager John Brody to complain. They did find the other key within a couple of minutes and my husband went to pick it up and when he did they told him they had tried to call but the number they had was no good funny because about 10 minutes after I talked to John, Jimmy called me and advised me that there was not a second key and we would have to get one made for the car how could Jimmy call me back if the number was incorrect. Overall the experience with this dealership was just not good and I do not think I would ever go back to this dealership to purchase another car. The saga continues with the fact that a couple of days later I went on the website again and the other car we wanted was still on the website so we called the dealer in Kirkland and they advised us that the car was still ava and was in Bellingham and if we wanted to see it they would get it for us. My husband told them yes and they sent someone to Bellingham to pick up the car. Funny that they told us in Monroe that the car had been sold. I am going to give a rating for the Kirkland store also which will be wonderful and if we ever do need another car or have any friends who need a car Kirkland will be the store we will be refering them to. More
This is the first review i've ever given on any service person in my entire life as i can recall. I told myself long time ago that no service could ever earn my good opinion on feedback because i never fe person in my entire life as i can recall. It would take a selfless and phenomenal individual to change that, and that's Bill. CUSTOMER SERVICE: He's a needle in a haystack. When i initially inquired into getting a vehicle with rairdon monroe, the only single thing i needed was someone to get back to me as soon as possible and then we'll figure out the rest from there. Bill got to me quicker than anyone has ever had and i didn't need to wait, every single inquiry i've sent his way was addressed always faster than ever. I appreciate that because i like fast service and it tells me that rairdon cares about me as a customer and what i need. Rairdon in Monroe definitely has retained me as a customer for the long run because of this difference Bill's made, the impression across the board is exceptional. QUALITY OF WORK: I loved his 'listening skills' because i explained to him what i was looking for but not really knowing what that was and he was able to present a few options of vehicles and in it was the perfect thing i was looking for. It didn't take very long to pinpoint exactly what i really needed and got us moving into the paperwork and financing sooner. This is a great 'care element' to have because you save the customer's time and you also impress them at the same time. FRIENDLINESS: The moment i met Bill i was comfortable working with him and am thankful that he created that environment where you feel that its ok to say what you need to say. Customer service can be the most difficult job because not all customers are happy all the time, but Bill was very flexible, understanding and remained calm during my picky points. I appreciate that a lot because feeling understood during moments of frustration and being treated how you want to be treated is a big 'differentiator' with competitors in the market. As long as you have a supercool agent who can address angry customers with confidence and ease, then its a win long term. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I don't know why i decided to come to rairdon monroe but i live in monroe and i just decided one day that i'll check out the local dealership first before i venture out and i'm super glad i did that. I thought that giving the local dealership the first opportunity to make a customer out of me would be great, you guys are here to convenience locals so its only fair. The major deciding factor in my decision to purchase another dodge is Bill's customer service, for me, the service comes first before the product and Bill delivered on that above and beyond. My first vehicle was a dodge from Bellevue and the same type of fast and responsive service won me over, and this is definitely a repeated experience except Bill's service is inexplicable outstanding. PRICE: Bill was straightforward with the price, i saw the price in the car lot and i understood and accepted what i was in for. I am appreciative of the price, it's fair and i don't have an issue with it and wouldn't have any issue at all if it was any higher, i wanted the vehicle i wanted and would do what it takes to get it anyway. I really don't care about the pricing, all i cared about was that the dealer could let me drive off with it and $$$$$ on that never concerned me. Bill, thank you for being amazing and making a difference in what you do. You definitely show you care about your customers. More
Dealership is convenient, friendly. James is courteous, friendly and seems to have a lot of knowledge about vehicles. I have bought 2 cars from this dealer. We took out daughter in-law and son in to get a car due to their broke down. And while I was there I got my 3rd one a 2010 jeep. We worked with Chris Jurden (s daughter in-law and son in to get a car due to their broke down. And while I was there I got my 3rd one a 2010 jeep. We worked with Chris Jurden (sales) John Brodie (Manager) and Larry White (finance). Not just are we happy with working with them but our kids also had a great experience there. We all know how people feel about care sales but if a new car is needed they are the ones to see. I have always had a good time working with them. They are the best. More

The excellant people at the monore store make it easier to buy a truck. This was the the second truck i have bought from this store and it keeps getting better.
